previously we only had the seemingly laughable faux pas of walking out of signing ceremonies without actually signing anything. it's happened more than once, but we all chalked it up to stupidity, senility, incompetence... in short, a mistake. a laughable one, but a mistake.
now we have the stormy daniels agreement, where stormy claims donnie never signed it. it's a weak argument, because having an unsigned version sheds little light on whether a signed version exists. nevertheless, we now have another example of a situation where donnie apparently neglected to sign something important.
so,...
maybe it's not actually an oversight? maybe he's had an entire career of ducking accountability and maybe there are hundreds of contracts he's never signed and then dodged civil or even criminal action by simply saying he never signed anything.
not saying it will work in stormy's case -- too many unclear factors, to my mind. and obviously it serves no purpose to fail to sign an executive order. but i'm thinking that behavior may be based on an career-long habit of coming in at the closing of a deal, smiling and shaking hands, then walking out without signing, with his lawyer saying don't worry, go ahead and sign, i'll get his signature later... which never happens.

I watched a rerun of the tariff signing. It appeared he moved into the conversation of the moment and instant action. To me the man seems to operate in the moment. In this case, the ironworker and what dRumpf said last ". . . wanta see the office . . . "
