Just when chaos running amok is the order of Trump's every day - somebody at The HILL - opines that EPA Cabinet head (Scott Pruitt) is doing "greatness" for our environment.

Naturally, this is suspect; because it is an opinion from former Reprwsentatives - stating, as titled - that:

Scott Pruitt is leading the EPA toward greatness

But the obfuscation that deregulation and savings of money, simply doesn't hold water...(sludgedly speaking)

The article (link at bottom - below), touts a billion dollar savings; and beans about Pruitt suing the EPA to put stays upon

the Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule and the Clean Power Plan (CPP).

But this is what Trump's "greatness" via Scott Pruitt - "savings" - is, actually doing, for our future.....
