The kids do not. They know this issue is about EVERYONE.
Polarizing them may create divisions among them -- just what the NRA wants.

(17,984 posts)Normally, I would agree with you, but the polarization had already begun with the Vegas shooting and lack of government response with regard to gun restrictions. Parkland just added fuel to the fire. Any response by schools automatically gets labeled as one side or the other.
