Wouldn't be surprised if Trump got Russians power/nuke plant diagrams. Remember

when he spoke about nukes? "Why, if we have so many, we never use them?"
At the time, he acted like he knew close to absolute zero about nukes. Like
he had been on an island and didn't know the war was over.

Can just picture conversation with Vlad "Huh, map of power plants? You need them to help build me a hotel in Moscow? Sure, I can get that ! " Hmmm...and then he puts dipshit Rick Perry in charge of Energy??

Hope not true, but think Trump may turn out to be the biggest traitor in US history.

If a democrat did this both parties would impeach him or her in minutes.

Even I dont worry about the invasion of my country by murderers and dictators the way I thought I would.

Is it kinda like the frog in the kettle boiling?

So yeah, everything he does or doesn't do about Russia is normal.

A nice NYT write-up, and then... not a damn word from our elected public officials.

But he's just one piece. Congress CAN act, immediately. This is a PERFECT example of the absolute worst downside of congress not working together for the common good. Perhaps some Repuke congressmen from states with major energy hubs will do something.

it feels like we are so helpless to do anything except in the long term (elections)
