Is Putin killing people in Britain this week an election ploy? To make him more

dominant? To show he is not afraid of any country in the world or rule of law anywhere. I mean this is the last weekend of the election so why is he murdering people now rather than months ago? In the week before the election with enough time for the investigation to name him as responsible?

Later: Putin was asked by BBC on camera and he had an immediate look of distain and ridicule on his face and said they were talking about agriculture today (CNN 'Outfront')
