Good grief. These are people who invited trump to speak to the boy scouts and they don't want to give a hard working boy the badges and title he deserves?

(6,907 posts)in sections 7.0.4.7. and 7.0.4.8 does not give any process for nationals to revoke a merit badge once it has been awarded. It also lays out the process for alternate requirements for scouts with disabilities. The local leader did not follow that process, however, nationals does not have the authority to revoke the merit badges once awarded.
