4. Al Mohler is not wrong however his theological explanation of why povery exist is useless

in the context of what to do about it. Yes poverty does exist due to the fall in the garden according to Christian theology,but not just poverty, but just about any bad thing you can think of. If you have pain due to something as small as even a paper cut it is due to the fall in the garden not just poor people, but everyone.

Ezekiel 16:49 Which was after the fall clearly states Sodom was destroyed for not helping the poor. So even post the fall in the garden Christians are instructed to help the poor.
