Scarborough: "Today's 'Sesame Street' number is TWO!"

All we need is TWO Republican Senators with the courage to tell the President, "It's over."

TWO Senators to step up and expose and end the CONSTITUTIONAL ROT that is in the White House.

The only reason Joe and MEka are now anti-Trump is because they were hoping for jobs in the administration and Trump turned them down. For them it is not about what is best for the country, it is about revenge. And if the made up with Trump tomorrow they would turn back into the same Trump sycophants they were in 15 and most of 16.

Saying, "Those two have nothing to lose."

But, like most Republicans, they say one thing but when it comes to action, they fold.

They are afraid to go against the GOP in general because they know they will be thrown under the bus in seconds. The GW Bush "you are with us or against us" is the real motto of the GOP. Corker and Flake may be talking about not seeking reelection, that doesn't mean their political aspirations are over, so they still need the party, and lets face it, most politicians are whores, they sell their souls very easily.

And the moment the man-child is taken out of office, and hopefully put in jail, they will come against him like hyenas.

OUR party has many David Hoggs who grew up and went into politics hoping to serve the people.

Yes, they also do like their jobs too much and there is too much corruption around, but there are real ideological and personality differences between our politicians and the corrupt, antigovernment sort the Republican Party is currently packed with.

Neither is running for re-election. They are lame ducks. Only two Senators or leading Representatives that have the power to speak for a number of Senators/reps could do that. Like Paul Ryan (who never will...he's all about taking his money grab and staying out of controversy) or the Senator who is the chair of the Senate Intel Committee or Lindsay Graham. McCain has the senior statesman power, but since he and Trump don't like each other, that wouldn't work. Same thing with McConnell.

But it is a constitutional question...Trump is unfit to be president. Period. Has nothing to do with who is VP.

Trump is either unfit or he is not. I say he is.

Not conviction of impeachment. Not control of the senate (the senate has complex rules, and a mid election shift in seats doesn't guarantee us a new leader. Not control of any key committee.

Sure, we could block judges and other nominees, and that is huge, but it doesn't expose the constitutional rot in any way.

Not that I would turn down to senators changing party......
