just got together, as they do, along with foxnews and all the hate radioheads and just said:
ok:
we agree with trump that the solution to our huge national debt is blowing up the deficit,
we agree with trump that what american business needs is a crazy patchwork of arbitrary import/export taxes,
we agree with trump about picking a group of americans every day and sending them hate,
we agree with trump that the solution to people overstaying their visas is a crazy expensive wall,
we agree with trump that there's not nearly enough corruption in government,
we agree with trump that ethics are just a handicap for fools,
we agree with trump that dictatorships are cool,
we agree with trump that democracy sounds great as long as you don't actually do it, and
we agree with trump that our schools don't have nearly enough weapons,
...,
but we need a president who knows that the thing he lives in is calls a "house",
so we're switching to pence.
pence.
he's not cray cray,
he's just cray.

(20,761 posts)Pence would kick off war in the Middle East to bring about the End Times, permit workplaces to discriminate against women on the grounds that men shouldn't be 'forced' to be alone with them for their mutual moral good, doncha know, mandate the carrying to term of all human conceptus no matter how it got there or how dangerous it is to the mother, round up Muslims and deport or intern them, lift Federal restrictions on law enforcement agencies' use of deadly force...
.... eh, I can't go on.
He's not cray cray, he's just cray. And evil as hell.
But, yeah, sure, less wild-hair wacky than [Redacted].
Take yer pick.
pessimistically,

(52,253 posts)just wondering why republicans can't bring themselves to end this farce.
i mean, if getting rid of donnie meant a democrat becomes president, then, yeah, sure, i get that they're stuck with him.
but getting rid of donnie means they get pence. why do republicans have a problem with that?
