My cousin lived there and love it. He is in Colorado now but would go back in a heartbeat.

No cattle-drive scheduled package tours! Not worth 1/2 what it'd cost to fly/drive. Fly into Seattle, secure a vehicle & head for the ferry. The Alaska Marine Highway is AWESOME!!!! The ferries have staterooms or camp (tent) on deck. Best tourist/local mix of folks ever..... Message me
