Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsJust a note of, well, triumph! Wisconsin State Supreme Court race went to the liberal, as the
lunatic right loves to say, by an almost unheard of margin of 12 points. Governor walker is already crying about a blue wave. Open Supreme Court seats do not, as a rule, go to non incumbent liberal candidates in Wisconsin.
The Republican Party has invented and fostered a hate Madison ideology in rural Wisconsin. They have used lies and innuendo to create suspicion and distrust of the Madison/Milwaukee region. Its a simple divide and conquer tactic that has worked, until now. Now they get the consequences of their duplicitous and craven actions. They are seeing the end times coming for them. They did it to themselves.
The blue wave walker fears is actually a red apocalypse. The Republican Party has become a pestilential disease of disgustingly putrid aroma and stench. They are sinking into the cesspool they created, and it couldnt be more appropriate, timely and deserved.
Karma!

she beat the lefty in the primary
i have met her, i am extremely impressed with her, i voted for her in both the primary and general.
but i think it would be a mistake to think of her as wisconsin rbg.
she will be a huge change from the existing judge gabelman who is just plain awful....but i see her swing more centrist
