I'm not sure what you're asking about. If it's a request for suggestions on meds for sinus infection, I use Sudafed, the real stuff you have to sign for from behind the pharmacist's counter. I like the 12-hour pills, just more convenient. I also have found that I can use Afrin nasal spray if I am careful not to over-use it--which can cause rebound swelling in your sinuses, which is miserable. I use Afrin only just before bed so I can sleep all night, and I use it for only three or four nights. Another thing that helps is snorting up salt water from a bowl--really rinses things out.

I realize only one suggestion is a tablet, but the other stuff helps, too. Good luck.

That's for chest congestion, not sinuses. The sudafed or claritin D that someone else suggested would be better for sinus trouble.

However, if you have a health concern, your best bet is to ask a medical professional, not random people on a political discussion forum. The best medication for you will depend on a number of factors. We don't know those factors.
