If you know someone with one of those accounts and have their user name and password you could probably stream it on your device.

Both are legal. Both work great. live news chat.eu does MSNBC International, which is exactly the same as the U.S. version, but with self-promos in place of the commercials.

so that the chat is off the side of my screen so I don't even see it. I've found this feed freezes less than others that I've tried.

Usually some time after 11PM ET. This week it's been quite late. I don't know why.

But I listen to her every night via the podcast. There may be a video podcast as well.

Point your podcast aggregator towards Rachel Maddow and subscribe to either the audio or video podcast.

Note: Lawrence O'Donnell is also podcast, usually available after midnight ET.
