This is a fact, Obama had the jobs market humming when Trump took over and it's slowed since then.
The wage growth is such a lagging indicator that Obama it's still a remnant from Obama's economy and it won't mean much pretty soon because inflation will surely outpace wage growth soon.

He said he was going to be the jobs president and that the employment situation was much much worse than was being reported. So the fact that he's slowed down the jobs growth that was happening under Obama is independent of us being at Full employment.
