Question for DUers - are any of these so called new sanctions against Russia and

its oligarchs different from those passed by Congress and signed by the president last year?

He totally fired the entire dept. at the State dept. that implements sanctions, so not one thing was done with the previous set. I think he will do exactly the same, sign for the tv but refuse to do anything that might piss off his master - Putin.
