It deals with the Russian disinformation campaign and how it played into the US and French elections, and focuses heavily on RT, the St. Petersburg troll factory, and Konstantin Rykov and Maria Katasonovoa.

I wish I could say I could understand it, but it's been two decades since I learned how to ask for directions to the local library in French, so.....
