(23,314 posts)Sounds like Kelly could be out because nobody tells Dotard what to do. Pruitt still has some lying, cheating and environmental destruction to do anyway. His mission is not yet complete.

(26,060 posts)to replace Pruitt with a friend to the environment. Keep him where he is making him another big fat juicy political target for the midterms.

(7,632 posts)Same thing with Trump. I'd like to see him go down because that would severely hurt his fragile little ego but then we'd just have Pence.
Keeping Trump around gives everything Republican a bad name and will generate Dem turnout for the midterms.

(2,850 posts)and ask him to run a story speculating that bad press from Pruitt might hurt Trump's poll numbers. Pruitt would be gone in a flash.

(10,828 posts)Kelly is being deliberately left out of Administration meetings because the Trumpster is weary of being told 'NO.' In fact, there was scuttlebutt that the Trumpster was of a mind to serve as his own Chief-of-Staff.
That should work out well!!
In any case, it makes one wonder how much influence Kelly is still able to exert in containing the Toddler-in-Chief.
That being said, contradictory stories have The Donald complaining about Pruitt and his ongoing scandal(s) in private.
It's a crap shoot as are most things at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
Ugh!
