General Discussion

He is getting a lot of criticism as of late. I am not sure that it is undeserving.
The issues that he ran on the last time are still very important: economic equality, a raise in the minimum wage to a living wage, etc. But, I think some are confused by his reluctance to criticize Russia and their attack upon our democratic system? At least, he does not seem to criticize them sufficiently.
Also, some see a lurking threat to the Democratic Party in the next presidential election if Bernie does not officially join the Democratic Party. If he were to run again, would he run under the auspices of the Democratic Party? If not, it could split the Democratic Party in two. It could be very divisive.
Perhaps this is a discussion we should save for later? But it seems to have captured the attention of some Bernie detractors already?
I do believe it is a life-long dream of Bernie's to build up the Democratic Socialist Party and get the Democratic Party to accept most of their progressive agenda. He may have bitten off more than he can chew?
