Add 1 cup sugar.

And 1 cup buttermilk.

Stir continuously until boiling.

Add 2 tsp vanilla.

Add 1 tsp of baking soda.

After adding baking soda stir quickly until light and frothy.

Put on French toast

Serve with cheesy potatoes and bacon
