A legal warrant was served after being approved by Rosenstien and given to the New York US attorney had the FBI carry it out for them. A trump nominated appointed US attorney too, but watch how quickly now they stop that from happening for revenge, and again obstructing. Mueller didn't do anything , so there is no cause for firing him.
