I'm wondering if there is anyone left who can reason with trump*

Will they sneak Hope Hicks in through a side door?

It absolutely terrifies me thinking about what he might be planning to do, in way of a distraction or retaliation.

which means that today is probably going to be one, long, extended anxiety attack for me.

Yesterday's behavior should have triggered a Barry Goldwater to Nixon style intervention for trump* but I am afraid that there is absolutely no "Enough is ENOUGH!!!!" attitude in anyone surrounding him.

He just isn't capable of understanding that his behavior pretty much proves his guilt. He is Nixon 2.0.

I think a Warden would be able to reason with him.

And I say that as someone who didn't buy Dr. Jackson's assessment of trump*'s cognitive health. I still see and hear so much that triggers memories of my mom's behavior, both physical (that clenched up arm and teeth clenching), verbal (deflection and paranoia), and emotional (angry lashing out and blame casting) when we realized she was in grip of Dementia/Alzheimer's.

9. From all reports, that was Hope Hick's 'other duties as assigned' part of her job description

She could calm him down and explain things in a way he could somewhat comprehend.
