Many moons ago, I was a paralegal at an oil company.

In one lawsuit I was involved in, we deliberately interpreted the requests for discovery as broadly as possible so the other side would have to expend a lot of resources finding the information that was actually relevant.

And not making threats towards the investigation process. His attorney’s have been trying to keep the fool calm. I think that was what he was referring to when he said “keeping it down’. There is enough information to level at the con without having to overreach this way imo.

Likely to agree if he hadn't mentioned the "million" docs. This implies drowning Mueller with volume to keep the probe out of news. Vs. giving him what he needs to find the truth.
