"To Be Fair"

How many times a day do so-called experts/pundits say that phrase when talking about Comrade Trump? They fall all over themselves being fair and I am sick of it. Why I ask, do they have to be 'fair'? He's not, nor ever been fair to anyone, but himself. I wish they'd stop using that phrase along with the qualifier of 'a little bit' thus diminishing any criticism that should rightfully be leveled at him. Just saying.

1. Depends on how fair we ought to be.

Roper: So now you'd give the Devil benefit of law!
More: Yes. What would you do? Cut a great road through the law to get after the Devil?
Roper: I'd cut down every law in England to do that!
More: Oh? And when the last law was down, and the Devil turned round on you — where would you hide, Roper, the laws all being flat? This country's planted thick with laws from coast to coast — man's laws, not God's — and if you cut them down — and you're just the man to do it — d'you really think you could stand upright in the winds that would blow then? Yes, I'd give the Devil benefit of law, for my own safety's sake.

Yeah, "to be fair" is overused by MSM eager to tidy up their stories, but with the FBI looking like our last hope for the rule of law in this country, fairness is still a virtue, IMO.

Trump's definition of "fair" is that of a 10 year old. Any time he doesn't get his own way it's "not fair."

. . .most of those "experts/pundits" are drones who don't know as much as they think they do!

So, that's why we're not surpised they keep saying that.
