As always I don't care about today or yesterday or Happy Adjustment in relation to big picture logic.
The surest way to be an inept prognosticator is to pay attention to everything and inject one subjective decision after another. I always feel sorry for the people who succumb to that method.

maybe another 10% he resigns voluntarily--so 20% total
but that is based on currently available reasonable inferences from Mueller investigation--I'm expecting many more indictments and convictions though
