It went something like President Obama and staff were in one room, the military officer in the blue who is monitoring the raid was alone in that small room. President Obama decided to go join the officer that was monitoring the raid and took a seat to his right. Key aides followed the President and took seat, some chairs had to be bought in, while some people were left to stand. Historic, iconic photo, that illustrates how President Obama led, he did not have to have a seat at the head of a table like Trump needs, President Obama led quietly and confidently.
