So, in order for them to be able to effectively charge this cabal with state crimes in the event of a Federal pardon, they first have to pass an amendment.

And isn't a NYSD judges spot up for an appointment from Trump & Co. I believe it's currently filled by a temporary appointment for another 2 wks or so.

Another post had a link to the NY Times article, and within the article was a link to this letter, but for some reason the link wouldn't work for me. I could read the article, but not Schneiderman's letter. Your link worked for me. Thanks again!
