occasion, have to be removed physically from where they are. There is a correct way to do that that ensures everyone's safety. That was most definitely not the way to go about it. He should be fired immediately.

that needed to be removed and never had to resort to violence. And in my 10 years of doing so there was only 1 patient we needed to touch. Even before we got close enough to touch him we had to verbally calm him down enough so he wouldn't attack us.

So what I am saying, if a 6'+ male that had a black belt, who got injured by jumping out the window of the woman he just raped can be talked into acquiesce, a petrified kid should be a piece of cake.
