April 19, 2018 at 9:19 am EDT By Taegan Goddard
In U.S. Senate candidate Luke Messers (R) first successful run for public office, he had to persuade a caucus of local party insiders that he was the right man to replace state Rep. Roland Stine, a beloved schoolteacher who was killed by a drunken driver less than a month earlier, the Indianapolis Star reports.
That position would launch his political career and eventually land him a spot as a top Republican in Congress.
But Messer had a secret: He himself had two drunken driving convictions.

1. He is forgiven because
2. He will declare he will end abortion forever
Regardless of the abortion debate, when will Republicans wake up that the more laws, anti-abortion position is a Republican ruse? Abortions in the U.S. arre half of what they were 30 years ago thanks to better birth control and other more effective measures than some idiot on a soapbox declaring he, alone, is the key to passing laws to make it happen.
Paradoxically, the laws the GOP want will increase abortions.
