Was officially 'classified info' he could not legally divulge? I rather doubt anyone would bother trying, sadly.

Also I'd imagine if you check the details of what he said on Fox or whatever, you'd find he was just 'coy enough' to avoid prosecution even if it was 'classified material'. Dude's a lawyer and not a dumb cat, I doubt he's dumb enough to expose himself to prosecution just to blab to Fox.
