I have another stupid question for any attorneys online re. Cohen/Daniels suit

If Michael Cohen and Keith Davidson rigged lawsuits for pre-determined outcomes, what kinds of laws were broken? It's clearly unethical and grounds for disbarment, but is it also criminal?

if accomplished through the mail, telephone, internet etc which is obviously the case then its Wire-Fraud too. He would probably lose his "license" to practice "Law" too
