Maybe because of how recognizable he is?

Even if given fifteen years, and only serving part, it might be a death sentence.

I'm not that proud. I would run.

2. i've heard up to 10 years per charge, but likely to be served concurrently.

i'm thinking 3-5 years. not saying what he deserves, just guessing what i think he'll actually get.


i agree it's baffling to me to release someone between conviction and sentencing, unless no prison time at all is contemplated(!)

I think it would be a bit shocking if no time was involved. Then again, I'm the opposite of a legal expert.

With up to ten years per charge, served concurrently, he should be considered a major flight risk. Maybe they plan on him staying out on appeal? I have no clue. Even three years might be a death sentence. Though the prison he would go to would probably be somewhat comfortable.

What a tragedy. Back in the day I thought Cos was one of the good guys. I would argue with my buddy he was that celeb who led a normal life, free from the vices that often accompany celebrity.
