(51,627 posts)He said the guy who was photographed in the elevator with Cohen during the transition will be getting nailed too. Lawrence asked when and all he would say was "soon, very soon".

(11,564 posts)He does seem to have an incredible amount of access, doesn't he? Either that, or his law firm investigative arm should hire itself out to NSA when they have free time, because they are incredible.

(19,970 posts)1 - The financial transactions. He got snippets. Wasn't the AT&T one $200,000, but turned out to be $600K
2 - The Qatari caught on CCTV at Trump Tower. That was available to all of us on CSPAN. And he tied that to what was disclosed in that other ongoing case that the Qatari is linked to.
It's great that he has come out with what he has, but it would be incorrect to suggest that he has "an incredible amount of access". That suggests what the RW are trying to do, ie tie him to Mueller.

(10,476 posts)If he has something of substance to say, then he should say it. Enough with the hints, the rumors and the promises.
I want to see concrete info on Trump's malfeasance, not a setup for another Fitzmas-like disappointment.

(20,587 posts)he is driving trump nuts and also causing the others involved in this mess to get really nervous about being found out. He is doing an excellent job of manipulating their psyches. I just hope Nunes becomes a target soon.

(15,290 posts)there was a lawyer or law professor (Shugarman?) linking the Qataris to the Rosneft sale. He said a couple new, interesting things.
First, the share sale was 19.5% because anything at 20 or more runs into international reporting rules. Keeping the sale under 20% allows it to be relatively under the radar, much like US bank transactions being kept under $10,000 to avoid federal scrutiny.
Second, Russia bought back the shares it sold. This meant the apparent purpose of the original sale was to generate big commissions creating a pool of cash. It's possible some of that cash went directly to Trump or some was used to help out Kushner's real estate portfolio or other purposes.

(15,543 posts)in so many grifty-traitorous ways. But then again, the republicans are themselves Super Skeazey Sleazeballs. So it's kind of a satantic destiny that they slyther into the moneybuck bed together where they can f*ck each other and the planet.
