Mitt must have cut ford stamps and Medicare out of the 2002 Olympic budget

There's a TV ad about how Mitt was called on to save the Olympics and it says that he turned around a $500 million deficit into a $100 million surplus.

Mitt the deficit hawk. Except the example has not one frigging thing to do with anything.

Mitt got the Olympics back in the black by... drumroll... increasing revenues. Duh. He got a lot more money coming in. That's what he was there for.

I give them credit for a cleverly deceptive ad.
