14. Screw that, it's a red herring. Pay more attention to what he told the Russians themselves.

Trump's flying monkey squad is already going into their rhetorical contortion act, saying he didn't actually put together a complete sentence saying "I fired Jim Comey to STOP the Russia investigation..." and therefore he didn't say that.

Screw that. Forget what he told lester Holt, and concentrate on what he told the actual RUSSIANS THEMSELVES. He literally told the Russians, IN THE OVAL OFFICE no less, that he fired Comey to take the pressure off of himself over the Russia investigation. The wording of his statement there is undeniable.
