Why is no-one talking about "abuse of power"??

All we hear about from the press and from the politicians is "collusion" or "obstruction of justice". I have no doubt but that Donald Trump is guilty of both.

But the President is not royalty. He is chosen from the citizenry. He works for us - all of us. He derives his legitimacy from the "consent of the governed". It is obvious that the majority of America does not consent to the way Donald Trump is abusing the trust in his office.

We send our Representatives and Senators to Washington to protect our rights as citizens of the United States. They are failing on all counts. We cannot and we should not put all of our faith into a Special Counsel that is threatened every day by Donald J Trump. The Congress must do its job. Otherwise, we should replace every one of them.

Donald Trump has abused the power of the presidency every day since day one. The pardons and the threats of pardons are only the latest abuse against the people of this country. He is a serial abuser.

The time to get rid of him is long past. His "abuse of power" has become intolerable. The Congress should act now, not after the next election or the next poll.

to order energy companies to keep certain power plants open? Aren't they private companies? That seems like abuse of power he doesn't even have.
