I'd love to have seen how far on the side of goodness & future forward progress she'd have taken the US & our global allies.

She thinks on a global scale & to build on Pres Obama's alliances would have been damned exciting not just for us but in building & strengthing of nations, who are currently standing without our support.
We have now isolated those good friends we had, and aligned this once great nation with the absolute worst of humanity.

Pity so many fell for the distractions.

Both men and women fear strong intelligent women and the stronger and more intelligent the greater the hatred. I believe it is stemmed from jealousy. Same reason women were called witches and burned at the stake and drowned and other heinous ways. It has to change.

When didn’t we run the smarter candidate, come to think of it. Maybe the Nixon races were a push but that’s about it.

Great article and Hillary is 100% right on this. I firmly believe our geopolitical, environmental and much of the world’s suffering is based on carbon based engery. The extaction, processing and money have outlived their usefulness since the 70s. President Carter was right.

there's a lot of history of course. The US has been 'blindfolded' by repug's smart tactics, for many years.

She surely should have won.

There was at least one other intelligent and 'complex thinking' candidate, and sadly Dems didn't pay attention. Read all about him here:

Claiming Dems didn’t pay attention shows a lack of understanding with respect to electoral politics.

The media hold a lot more fault that those you so willfully blame.

O’Malley was my first choice. It’s not Democrats fault he didn’t go anywhere. Two main players impacted his extremely poor performance at the polls, Martin O’Malley and the media.

Most of us aren't stupid at all. Flaws in our electoral system, voter suppression, and election theft kept her from taking office, but she's the choice of the majority of voters.

You know, I've never thought she was brilliant, Tavarious. Not as smart as her husband. But she's the person who works harder and smarter at everything and accomplishes several times more than anyone else you know.

Of course she'd be up to date on the progress of fusion research, how it could be used to advance society, what government's role would need to be, etc. But for now, her immediate plan to install half a billion solar panels across America by the end of her first term was what excited me. Not just sustainable and inexpensive energy, but the safety of many thousands of small grids, eliminating one huge weapon enemies could use to bring our nation to its knees or destroy us outright.

Whoever would work so hard to keep this very progressive & beneficial future plan from the public knowing, and more importantly, WHY would they?

a priority for national defense reasons, as well as other. He required all hospitals to be able to power themselves for 96 hours. He required all communities to set up programs for establishing control in serious emergency and bringing their areas of authority through as safely as possible. I spoke of stocking food on another thread, but our county has the authority to confiscate for the general good, and not because the need could never arise.

So much of our infrastructure is still scary inadequate, like 1970s backup generators for water pumps that break when turned on because maintenance was fat to be cut. Hillary and other Democratic leaders must have long lists of needs and plans to meet them that were stopped cold on November 8, 2016.
