Santa Fe Victim's Mom Challenged President Trump in Private Meeting for Calling Shooter 'Wacky'

...................

He kept calling him [the shooter] this wacky kid who was wearing a wacky trench coat,” says Hart, whose 14-year-old daughter, Kimberly Vaughan, was fatally shot along with nine others in the May 18 attack in Galveston County.

At that point, Hart recalls, “I raised my hand and said, ‘I have something to say here. Let’s just get to the mental health part.”

She then explained that her daughter had anxiety, Asperger’s syndrome and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and “took medicine daily.”

“I said, ‘[The shooter] might have been depressed, but he wasn’t wacky.’ But if that kid needed help, he needed to have proper access to it,” Hart says, “meaning you shouldn’t repeal the Affordable Care Act [one of Trump’s cardinal promises] and get them the help they need and take away the stigma of mental illness.”

She says she told Trump, “Mental illness needs to be addressed.”

“I said all that and he didn’t say anything,” she says. “He was just like, ‘Uhhhh'

1. Labelling white males as "mentally ill" is a sign of weakness

Won't be tolerated by the powers that be.

That's just my two cents.

15. Yes. I mean labelling them prior to their committing offenses

At that point they just need to "Toughen up". After the shoot up the joint, then they have a mental illness. They never get labelled "white terrorist" outside of DU.

If the program is not there already, he’s lost. Something desperately wrong with him.

9. The feed from his handlers was temporarily disrupted. Not to worry, it's all been restored.

And a new module has been installed in cranial cavity A31. We now have redundant comm channels as well as hot-swappable Artificial Fake Intelligence (AFI) units. Kelly-Anne (internal name: Natashia Arkadiabicha) can perform the maneuver in 30 seconds with no noticeable degradation in the output circuits.

and said, surely, SURELY someone in that gathering will tell us what it was like

Yeah, and it sucked.

“Uhhhh” sounds exactly what we’d expect.

Thank you, Ms. Hart.

4. Trump thrives on TV because it's a 1-way conversation
Fri Jun 1, 2018, 12:17 PM
Jun 2018

He repeats his go-to lines, deploys his zingers, generalizes inaccurately, blows smoke up asses, and he's off to take a shit and play a round. No debate.

When its a 2-way discussion, and he's challenged, he has 2 responses:
1. insult his opponent like a grade-school bully
2. stammer and look like a dumbass.

He can't use the 1st tactic on a grieving mother.

Once she's out of sight, he can resume his normal 1-way dialogue, and discredit and demean.

RUMP can't think on his feet (thinks only w/ his d**k and getting spanked w/ a magazine).

Worthless and incompetent.

11. He did casually say that he was going to meet with those groups and "have some fun".
Fri Jun 1, 2018, 02:41 PM
Jun 2018

Let’s not forget that. “Have some fun”? FUN???? I bet not a single one of those deeply concerned, worried, and into many cases still grieving parents regard a meeting like this as having ”some fun.” Sure wasn’t “fun” - what happened to them, and to their children.

To make light of a prospective meeting with this group is such a freakin’ INSULT to those people. They’re not gonna get squat from him, in terms of any actual action - of any significance.

The remedy? VOTE FOR DEMOCRATS!!! If we get enough of them elected to office we can blunt or even cancel the damage he’s trying to do - for which the GOP is totally complicit (by doing exactly NOTHING to check his disgusting and destructive behavior). And if we REALLY get enough of them, we’d be able to override any veto he issues.

VOTE FOR DEMOCRATS. It’s our only hope. Any imaginings about how the GOP will somehow see the light and join us in checking this monster are a waste of time. Waiting for them to change is like waiting for a repeatedly abusive and unrepentant spouse to change. You’ll be waiting, in vain, forever.

I may have even read about it here. It was powerful and poignant.

That second word will never apply to Trump. No moment in his existance could be evocative of the profound, the endearing, the noble, or the beautiful.

Sometime in the future his name will become shorthand for dismal, feckless, (yes, feckless), evil, just as Hitler has become shorthand for chilling, efficient evil.
