control him. This on again, off again tariff issue isn't just a decision, it affects pricing and production on both sides. Prices have already gone up on anything requiring steel. The guy at our lumberyard told me a month ago that steel roofing had risen 30% and they haven't even raised it yet.

I don't blame Trudeau for coming back at Trump on higher tariffs. Trump doesn't have a clue how this affects the economy. He doesn't like someone, he makes them pay for it. Who couldn't like Trudeau? We should be so lucky as Canadians to have him.

PLEASE do not give up on us here. But, for sure, pull troops everywhere. The profession of being a soldier is one fraught w peril and should be a last resort for a reason. It's noble, and has to be done, but shouldn't be our leading cash crop.

and do so primarily, as does Australia, as being part of the commonwealth - our true brothers and sisters. The US are our orphaned adopted badly behaved step-siblings. It will be interesting to see what happens after Brexit. NATO IMHO is in peril. Good or bad thing? These days that is certainly up for debate.

Edit: also note: Canada has in the last year signed trade deals with the EU and TPP - hedging bets? You betcha!

'Who's your daddy?' It will be certainly interesting in Corbyn wins the next UK election. Say good-bye to AIPAC influence, especially if NATO and the OAS fall apart.
