Well, scalp reduction surgery is only really used nowadays for treating extreme cases of alopecia or traumatic burns. In that context, the fact that Trump apparently had the treatment simply to mediate hair loss is quite shocking. However, scalp reduction was all the rage in the 1980s. Stevenson believes the precise procedure Trump undertook was called the Fleming/Mayer Flap, where a piece of the scalp is found with hair on and then it is cut on three sides to create said flap. He has a huge bald spot at the back of his head from pulling his scalp forward (remember Ivana told us of that surgery). We have seen it when the wind blows and Stormy Daniels described his hair to be like a large cockatoo flopping around when he was on top of her (yuck). He keeps his (and not his) hair long at the back to cover it up, but we have seen lift off at times.

You can see there is a pucker near his side part that is pretty revealing--his thin hair is suddenly full there which indicates individual tufts of hair have been knotted onto his own to give fullness and so it doesn't exactly behave and lie flat. It has to all be combed into an exact pattern to hide the woven pieces and then the whole thing gets lacquered into place.

I would bet keeping Don Crapalone coiffed is costing us more money than any former Presidents and First Ladies combined--by far. He would much rather spend our money than his own and he is so vain.
