mcconnell and ryan are accomplices in the whole plan. When mcconnell held up Obama's supreme court nomination, he knew trump was going to be elected. By making it so trump could fill the court with a radical right judge, he ensured when trump made his move to take over the government and challenge a grand jury subpoena up to the supreme court, he would be able to win.

This was all planned out in advance of the election, even as far back as the day mcconnell refused to seat Obama's nominee.

mcconnell, ryan and the radicals in the gop in congress all need a cell. gowdy is trying to cover his ass lately but he'll pay the piper too.
