So when is Trump going to pardon Al Capone?

He fits all the criteria:

businessman persecuted by the feds, convicted not for being a gangster or plotting the St. Valentine's Day Massacre, but for income tax evasion, which is a bum rap by any (billionaire's) measure. I mean, if we started to prosecute every millionaire or billionaire who avoids paying taxes, where O where will it end?

And Big Al was a celebrity to boot--always in the news, always handy with a quote.

Surely Trump can empathize with the plight of someone so maligned by "the deep state." A successful businessman, like himself, who was also known for his attraction to the ladies.

Isn't it time Big Al received some justice?
