Giuliani to @ThisWeekABC: "For every one these things he did, we can write out five reasons why he did it. Four of them are completely innocent, and one of them is your assumption that it's a guilty motive, which the president would deny." https://abcn.ws/2J7zLqP

(17,984 posts)It turns the blame to reflect on whoever is calling the act illegal. What a twisted brain this man has!

(46,114 posts)He certainly isn't much of an attorney.
When the dust has settled, I expect Trump to sue him for professional malpractice.

(41,963 posts)We have no way these days to parse the statements to us, the conflicting missives, the leaks, the firehouse of distractions and horrific facts except through some form of press. We should be in the streets.

(14,103 posts)Trump will never be interviewed by Mueller. Never. At best, Trump will bullshit his way through written questions, but you will not see Mueller and Trump in an interview. My humble opinion.

(14,967 posts)First, some of the actions in question are illegal regardless of the reason he did them. If you want to get your client off, you need to dispute that those actions were performed by him at all.
Second, no list of reasons written by you (plural) will hold as much weight with a jury as Trump's own unscripted, uncoached words. And because he's an arrogant, ignorant babble-mouth he has given his reasons for some of these actions ON TELEVISION. The jury will be seeing those tapes during the trial.
