Democratic Kevin De Leon Moves into 2nd in CA Senate Primary

With late-returned ballots likely to be more Democratic-leaning than early ones, it is likely we will have 2 Dems in the Senate race. This would be excellent news.

Difi heavy favorite either way, but Repub shutout would be sweet.

Winning other state's Senate seats would be more important than the difference between DiFi and KDL.

The GOP absent tee ballots are usually the first to come in. We won't know anything until tomorrow(maybe).
