Donald Trump gave a statement to FEMA today. Number of times he mentioned the words "Puerto Rico"?

Once, in passing in a long litany of all the places that were hit by natural disasters.

He did, however, claim that the Coast Guard rescued so many people after Hurricane Harvey in Texas because in his words, “People went out in their boats to watch the hurricane. That didn’t work out too well.”
