5. Maxine Waters is my mother's Congress woman. My mom's neighborhood is a stable one where the people

have stayed put for a long time. It is also the area where they are building a new football stadium in what is pretty much a stable residential area. There will be two NFL teams playing there. There is no room for new housing in the area and the people who live there seem to like their community. I plan to go see her when Congress is in recess on behalf of my mother.
