Rich Madaleno is running for governor of Maryland. Hogan isn’t unbearable (he only won in a red wave), but the supermajority legislature has kept him in check and he’s popular, so it is an uphill climb.
A recent poll showed that most primary voters are undecided (with less than three weeks to go!), but with Madaleno having the best chance to beat him.
