Has anyone downloaded their facebook data?

And actually looked through the "advertisers who uploaded a contact list with your information" file?

I just finally downloaded and went through mine: Koch, Koch, Koch, and more Koch. And an Israeli Movie company (?). And other funky things.

I'd also like to know exactly what "contact list with your information" is, since facebook stated this was anonymous data. I have a feeling it's the info on profile which is not anony data, i.e. name, dob, email, location, which is what comes up under the downloaded file "profile".

I'm actually a little surprised the list isn't extremely long. But it's long enough.

But it took 1 day. You should receive an email from them. The actually downloading part took less than a minute (but I have fast internet service).

5. Go to "Settings"

then top left "Your facebook information". Then click on download option middle of the page.
