but Trump didn't fire him for the reasons he *should* have been fired for, so, probably never.

BTW can anybody imagine what would have happened if HRC had won the election in spite of everything and then fired Comey? I'm sure we all can.

simple answer really... that firing was the proximate cause of the Special Counsel being appointed. Once we get results, we'll be thankful for it happening.
