$10.00 per hour? I don't think that many people like him.

paychecks they will love him. The rich love him because he is making them richer. The Republicans love power more than they love America, that has become very clear with their support of this person.

The media bosses, in my opinion, want him just where he is. So, the media normalize everything he does.

Unfortunately that's a major part of it. Trump inherited an improving economy under Obama but Trump will assert and receive credit.

I posted last November that I'd like to push a freeze button and keep Trump's approval at that level for the 2018 midterm. As always, happy adjuster overreaction means nothing compared to logical normalcy. No matter how much of a lowlife Trump is and will remain, it's damn tough for a president to sustain approval ratings in the 30s. Uptick was the only sensible direction.

We need something to happen to lower his approval number among independents. That is the whole ball game. We aren't going to dominate based on turnout. That's more happy adjuster nonsense. Preference decides elections. Trump won in 2016 because independents favored him over Hillary, and his approval nosedived in 2017 when independents turned against him.

For them, as long as the economy is humming and they have a good job, they're probably willing to look the other way in terms of Trump being a bad guy.

That is not worrisome yet. Though it's way, way too high! Electing this nutcase was bad enough, but seriously I will do all I can to move out if he gets elected again.
