treat completely innocent young black kids, they should not be surprised that the kids take off running when a cop approaches them!

BTW, studies have shown that cops consistently overestimate both the age and the size of black kids. That is how cops justified killing 12-year-old Tamir Rice within less than 2 seconds of pulling up to him in the park--the cop who shot him said he thought the child was 19 or 20 years old.

I read an article a few months ago about cops who were searching for a large, armed adult male suspect, but cuffed a small, 100-pound teenaged girl on a bike instead.
